Earning a B737 Type Rating is a smart step toward accelerating your aviation career and standing out in the competitive airline job market. The Boeing 737 is one of the most widely operated aircraft worldwide, valued for its reliability, efficiency, and versatility. It’s the aircraft of choice for numerous airlines operating short- and medium-haul routes. In India, the B737 plays a vital role in both domestic and international fleets, serving high-frequency routes across major cities. With its advanced systems, strong performance, and global presence, a B737 Type Rating opens the door to exceptional career opportunities both in India and around the world.
We offer DGCA-approved B737 Type Rating training, including MCC and JOC, designed to build your proficiency in operating the Boeing 737.
MCC – Multi-Crew Cooperation Course
The MCC Course is essential for commercial pilots, focusing on coordination, communication, and decision-making in a multi-crew cockpit. It prepares pilots to confidently manage both normal and emergency scenarios, emphasizing teamwork, checklist use, and mutual support.
Training is conducted on a B737 Fixed Base Simulator, offering a realistic environment to develop the skills needed to operate the Boeing 737 efficiently in a multi-crew setting.
JOC – Jet Orientation Course
The JOC bridges the gap between piston-engine and jet aircraft, with a focus on the Boeing 737. It builds the technical skills, situational awareness, and confidence required for jet operations.
Recognized by many airlines as a key requirement during pilot selection, the JOC ensures a smooth transition to commercial jet flying and prepares pilots for the operational demands of the B737 cockpit.
