Obtaining an A320 Type Rating is a powerful move to advance your aviation career and stand out in the competitive airline job market. In India, the Airbus A320 is the backbone of most domestic fleets, making it the aircraft of choice for major carriers. Globally, the A320 overtook the Boeing 737 in 2019 to become the world’s best-selling single-aisle commercial jet. With over 8,500 A320s in active service and more than 6,000 on order, demand for qualified A320 pilots continues to rise. In India alone, airlines add a new Airbus aircraft nearly every week—making the A320 Type Rating not just relevant, but essential for those aiming to secure positions with leading airlines.
We offer DGCA-approved A320 Type Rating training, including MCC and JOC for complete airline readiness.
MCC – Multi-Crew Cooperation Course
The MCC Course is a crucial step for commercial pilots, focusing on effective teamwork, communication, and decision-making in a multi-crew cockpit. It prepares pilots to handle both routine and emergency scenarios while reinforcing roles, checklist usage, and crew coordination.
Training takes place on an A320 Fixed Base Simulator, offering a realistic environment to build confidence in multi-crew operations.
JOC – Jet Orientation Course
The JOC bridges the gap between piston-engine aircraft and jet operations. It equips pilots with the skills and awareness needed to manage the complexities of jet engine performance and systems.
Widely recognized by airlines as a key requirement, the JOC enhances readiness for airline selection and smooth transition into commercial jet flying.
